Return & Refund
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All products are available to be shipped via DHL.
We prioritize safety in delivery and hence rely on DHL. In order to ensure safe delivery of your orders, please receive your delivery in person and leave a signature as confirmation. We strongly recommend not to request your parcel to be delivered to your front door and without signature as BEAUTIER and DHL will not bear responsibilities from lost packages. The shipper and seller do not claim any responsibilities regarding lost packages from customers who have registered to the On-Demand Delivery.

Shipping costs depend on the weight (and size) of your order, your destination. You can determine prices by using the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page.
At this time we ship to the countries with the following: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States. For customers living countries where our products are currently not available to be shipped, we are preparing to ship the items to them soon. So, please wait for a while.
Notice: We, unfortunately, don't ship the items to APO/FPO/DPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
Taxes and Customs
** Import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of South Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; beautierlashs.com has no control over these charges, nor can beautierlashs.com predict what they may be.
