Returns & Exchange
In case of simple return and exchange, the customer is responsible for the postage. If it is a product defect and incorrect delivery: We will email you the return label. Taxes paid at the time of purchase are not refundable. If the product is defective, we recommend that you exchange it.
Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. When the exchange request is processed, the courier collects the product received by the customer. When the recovered product arrives at us, we check the product status then send out the new product
The customer must return within 7 days of receipt if the item is a simple change of mind. If the item is defective or different from what you purchase, the customer must return within 14 days of receiving the package.
Returns or exchange is not possible if the replacement period has already been passed, or if the product has been opened/used or the product value is lost due to damage.
Payment
The payment can be made through PAYPAL or EXIMBAY(Credit cards)
* Select the Eximbay payment method and when the card payment is made, the card invoice you will receive is written as EXIMBAY.COM, so please refer to it.

Product
Yes, if you are 18 years of age or older you can purchase without signing up but you can receive great deals and offers when you sign up as a member.
You can decide between PayPal and major credit card companies such as VISA or Mastercard. We do not accept Union Pay but if you want to make a bank transfer, you can contact admin@beautierofficial.com directly to make payment.
Products are usually restocked within 2 weeks. If the product needs to be produced separately, please contact info@beautierofficial.com and we will be glad to help.
MSDSs are only provided for personal reference uses only and cannot be used for publishing. If necessary, please email us after purchase and we will send them separately.
Shipping
Yes, we offer free shipping to the customers who have achieved the purchase amount. (This part is subject to change)
Package is sent out within 1~2 days after payment is confirmed, and the time required varies depending on the region, but usually arrives in approximately 3 to 4 days.
We recommend double checking your address where you will receive the package before making a purchase. Once we ship out the package, it is difficult to change the delivery address.
It is possible to cancel or change the order before the confirmation, but once the payment is processed, it will take more time to reroute the package.
Most of the shipping is completed in 3-4 business days, but it may take a little longer before and after major holidays due to increased delivery. Delivery delays due to natural disasters are rare but they may occur. In addition, there may be a delay at the Customs, but it is different for each country. In that case, we recommend customers to contact the Customs to proceed with the delay at the border.
Cancellation after delivery is processed as a return due to the customer's change of mind so refund will be processed. Customers are responsible for the postage.
There may be areas where delivery is unavailable due to COVID-19 related carrier problems. Please note that delivery may be cancelled.
