We provide the OEM productions for customers who want to produce the products with the company's own designs with their brand name. The products will be the same best quality as our product and brand, with same quality control management. There are several steps to know before starting the production. Please read over for detailed information. Below chart shows entire production schedule for customizing production for try type eyelashes. Other products will be processed in a similar way but will ultimately depend on the products.

CHAPTER 2 DESIGN AND PRINTING
    ◽ DESIGN FILE

             ▪ All the designs should be complete in Ai format file. ( Adobe Illustrator)
             ▪ When you send us the file, all the color must be marked with PANTONE COLOR CODE in order to print out the design.
             ▪ For maximum result in printing, you need to explain the details for the effect you wish to create. For example, if you want to give a high gloss finish on the surface, you have to give us a note.
             ▪ Above requirements apply to all types of printings.
     ◽ PRINTING MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity )
             ▪ All the printing material’s MOQ IS 3000 pcs minimum, but the numbers can certainly go higher than 3000. ( Ex. Packaging box has higher printing MOQ)
     ◽ PRICE FOR PRINTING
             ▪ Prices will differ depending on the design, usage of colors, materials and coatings.
             ▪ Prices will differ depending on the options.
             ▪ When the quantity of the printings increases, the price for individual pieces will drop.
             ▪ Exact price can be calculated after we submit the files to the print factory.
     ◽ PRODUCTION TIME FOR PRINTING
             ▪ After a customer's final confirmation on printing material, it usually  takes about 5 days to complete the prints. However, production can take longer  depending on the complication of the design.
             ▪ If the design has a simplistic style, production may finish within 3 days.
     ◽ PRINTING TEMPLATE FOR TRAY TYPE EYELASH
             ▪ Choose between 12 line or 16 line tray type eyelashes for the OEM process. Printing cost is the same for both 12 and 16 line formats.
             ▪ Using the provided design template, send us your design to use.
             ▪ We will start the process after checking the file for its completion.
             ▪ Use PANTONE COLOR to pick the color you wish to use in your designs.

             ▪ Gray rectangular part needs to be marked for placing eyelash strips on the paper.

             ▪ All of the OEM production requires MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY. We provide different types of OEM, please check below for detailed conditions and terms.
             ▪ TRAY TYPE EYELASH : 50 trays per each size / Total 1,00 trays per each order.
             ▪ BULK LASH : 30 grams per each size / Total 1 Kg per each order.
             ▪ ADHESIVE : 100 bottles per each type / Total 200 bottles per order.
